Deerstone Glamping reserves the right to change this website at any time and without notice; this includes changes to prices as well as the terms and conditions.

We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite at any time, cancel bookings, or instruct people to leave for any reason (examples of this would be due to dangerous weather or site conditions or in the unfortunate instance where guests engage in inappropriate behaviour).Use of this website is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Data Protection

Any data collected is for the sole reason of providing security of your booking. No information will be sold to third parties under any circumstance. Where address details are required this is to prove to local authorities that you do not permanently live at this address.

Your financial information is NOT stored and will never be kept under any circumstances. We, as all businesses should do, operate under the Data PRotection Act and the principles it sets out.

Any changes or updates to this Act will be reflected immediately in our policies and procedures. Your booking and information with us is safe. Should you have any questions prior to booking please get in contact. 

Deerstone Glamping – Booking Policy

To secure your booking we require a 65% deposit, paid at the time you make your booking. The remaining amount to secure the booking is payable no later than 14 days before arrival.

Should the remaining amount not be paid we will contact you. After this notice by email you will have two days further to pay the amount, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We may refund your deposit, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Should you have any issues or want to make any changes to your booking you should contact us at your earliest convenience – we are happy to work and facilitate any changes where we reasonably can.

This is at our discretion, however. In the event you make a booking within this 14 day period the full amount, plus the security fee is required immediately. 

Whomever should make the booking is the primary contact and all communication should come from that person, except in exceptional circumstances. 

There is a minimum requirement of a two night stay. 

Check in days are Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays

Changing your booking

Should you wish to change the date of your booking we ask that you contact us as soon as possible; this gives us the best chance to facilitate your changes. Where we can we will change the date of your booking or work with you to find a more suitable date.

If we are unable to facilitate the requested changes and you can’t make your original date you can refer to the cancellation policy. 

A £25.00 payment is required should you change the date of your booking. This is payable immediately upon agreement of a new date.  

In addition if you would like to add Cinema, Sauna, Hot tub experience or you would like to buy an added extras on site, these are to be paid whilst still on site and not once you have already checked out.

Your financial information will NEVER be stored or kept. 

Security Deposit:

Deposit of £150 is required against the booking, this will be refunded in full upon leaving. This payment is required along with the remainder of the booking charge – 14 days prior to arrival. Should the booking be cancelled this amount will be refunded.

We do not assume any responsibility for any adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that may occur during your glamping trip or during any related travel. It is your responsibility to be prepared for any weather conditions and to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and well-being.

We do not assume any responsibility for any bad experiences or dissatisfaction you may experience, including but not limited to issues with campgrounds, campsites, facilities, or other amenities.

By using the information provided by Deerstone Glamping, you agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses that may arise from your use of the information we provide.
