Regarding Cancellation of Deerstone Glamping Bookings

Should you wish to discuss cancelling your visit with Deerstone Glamping, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. Any request to cancel your stay must be submitted in writing or by email. Phone calls are acceptable to discuss but we may ask you to email us to confirm this is what you want to happen. Ideally this email should come from the same email used at the time of booking your stay.

You may cancel your booking from any period up until the 14 days prior to your arrival (minor fees apply) wherein your deposit will be refunded. Should any cancellations occur after this 14 day period has elapsed, you will sadly lose your 40% deposit.

Should you make a booking within the 14 day period (for example booking on the 1st August for the 8th August) and then subsequently cancel the booking you will lose your 40% deposit.

However, full-site booking cancellation adheres to a slightly different policy:

To cancel a full site booking, we require at least a 1.5 month notice in advance in order to issue a full refund. Anything after the 1.5 month period, we charge 50% from the full initial amount.

Our rights to Cancel your stay

We may cancel your stay with us (confirmed in writing) should you fail to pay the full amount of your stay before the 14 days. This includes your security deposit.

Damages to our Domes

We understand that accidents and mistakes occur. Should any damage be caused to the tent, (this includes any of the complimentary items that the tent comes with such as bedding, utensils etc) we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Prior to you checking out from your stay we will conduct a brief, thorough inspection upon the satisfaction completion of which your security deposit will be refunded.

We strongly recommend letting us know as soon as any damages occur. The deductions from the security deposit will depend on the item/items damaged and the inconvenience these cause.

We've just returned from a weekend stay at Deerstone and we absolutely loved it! They really have thought of absolutely everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible and to limit the amount of things you need to bring yourself. There's a chest infection the domestic containing all the cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery you need, with a camping stove to cook on. Wine glasses, ceramic mugs, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The rooms are equipped with oil heaters, a log burner and Dyson hot & cold fan, for all the heat you need to stay comfortable. The communal kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle and microwave to make cooking even easier, with ample takeaway options that deliver to site too! The wood fired hot tubs are brilliant and heat up very quickly and retain their heat overnight so they don't take much at all to get back to temperature the next day. And the on site sauna (perfect place to catch a sunset from), lounge room and cinema room just complete the luxury of the place and are so beautifully decorated. The toilets and showers are spotlessly clean and also have heat lamps to make those early morning trips to the toilet a lot more bearable! There site is beautiful and there are plenty of lovely walks around the area. The staff are fantastic and couldn't do more to help, honestly can't fault this place at all and we will be back! We had an amazing stay - the site and domes felt truly unique, well thought out and attention to detail. We were lucky with the weather and we’re treated with blinding sunset before hitting the hot tub (careful with the wood) Karin was fantastic - she set us up, hauled our gear up to the dome and nothing was too much trouble - we will be back

Our stay at Deerstone Glamping was absolutely outstanding thanks to Karin and the fantastic experience she created for us. From the moment I booked, Karin’s communication was amazing, she made everything easy and seamless, all the way through to our check out. Karin went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially with the thoughtful touches she added to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Our pod was decorated, and the effort Karin put into the details was truly amazing. The facilities at Deerstone Glamping are outstandin. It was clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities we could need. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and special getaway! The views were incredible

Just spent 2 amazing nights at Deerstone Glamping Pods. The pods were beautiful and clean and everything that we needed was there. Karin and her team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Karin never seems to stop ensuring everyone is happy. Facilities are superb lots of lovely little details and spotless. We would definitely recommend going away for a short break here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for such a chilled relaxing break 🤗
